How to adjust the excitation force of a vibration motor

1. Adjustment method of excitation force of horizontal vibration motor
1)Loosen the fastening screws of the protective cover, and remove the protective covers at both ends.
2)Vibration motors with excitation force less than MV50-2, MV50-4, MV50-6, MV30-8 (not including these four specifications), the outer eccentric block is adjustable, and the surface is equipped with the maximum excitation force percentage. The inner eccentric block is a fixed block, which is compressed on the motor shaft with fastening bolts. Reference lines are engraved on both ends of the shaft. Loosen the compression bolts of the outer eccentric blocks on both sides, rotate the outer eccentric blocks on both sides in the same direction, align the marking line on the shaft with the marking line of the excitation force scale on the outer eccentric block, adjust to the required excitation force, and tighten the outer eccentricity The block compresses the bolts and installs the protective cover.
3)Vibration motors with excitation force greater than or equal to MV50-2, MV50-4, MV50-6, MV30-8 (including these four specifications), the outer eccentric block is a fixed block, which is fixed on the shaft with a key and cannot be rotated. The inner eccentric block is adjustable, and the outer surface is equipped with a scale indicating the percentage of the maximum excitation force, which is pressed on the motor shaft with a fastening bolt. Loosen the compression bolts of the inner eccentric blocks on both sides, rotate the inner eccentric blocks on both sides in the same direction, align the excitation force scale on the inner eccentric block with the slot on the outer eccentric block, and adjust to the required excitation force. Tighten the compression bolts of the inner eccentric block and install the protective cover.
Note: Except for special applications, the positions of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibrating motor shaft must be corresponding, and the percentages of the eccentric blocks at both ends must be set equal, otherwise the vibrating motor will generate a huge staggering excitation force and damage the vibration machinery of the motor.
2. Adjustment method of excitation force of vertical vibration motor
1)Adjustment of excitation force: remove the additional block compression bolts, and adjust the excitation force by increasing or decreasing the number of additional blocks.
2)Adjust the angle between the upper and lower eccentric blocks. The upper eccentric block is a fixed block, and the lower eccentric block is adjustable, both of which are compressed on the motor shaft with fastening bolts. The two ends of the rotating shaft are engraved with reference lines. The outer surface of the lower eccentric block is equipped with a scale indicating the rotation angle. Loosen the compression bolt of the lower eccentric block, and rotate the lower eccentric block so that the angle ruler marking line on the lower eccentric block is aligned with the shaft reference mark. Thread, adjust to the required angle and tighten the compression bolt of the lower eccentric block. If you need to adjust the angle of the upper eccentric block, you can also adjust it according to the corresponding method.
3. Connect to the power supply
Since the output cable of the vibration motor has to withstand vibration, a heavy-duty four-core cable should be used. It is not allowed to bend suddenly near the cable outlet. It should have a bending radius 8-9 times larger than the outer diameter of the cable and then fix the cable to a stationary position. Moving machine or frame. The distance is about 0.6 meters to 0.9 meters. The clamps of the fixed cables should be padded with soft insulating materials to avoid friction and damage to the cables. One end of the ground wire of the four-core cable is connected to the ground screw in the junction box, and the other end must be reliably grounded. Small-size vibration motor, there is no junction box on the casing, use a heavy-duty three-core cable to connect directly from the inside of the motor. A grounding screw is installed near the bottom of the motor, and it must be grounded reliably when in use.
Note: The outlet cable of the vibration motor is a vulnerable part, which is often damaged by vibration and friction, which causes the motor to run without phase and damage motor. The user should check the cable condition frequently, and replace the cable of the same model in time if it is worn out.
