Mud treatment equipment in the sand field is very important! Process steps of mud treatment equipment in sand field
After the mud enters the underground mud pool, it is pumped by a vertical pump into the lower sieve surface of the vibrating screen of the mud processor. The particles (coarse sand) with large sieve holes are directly dehydrated and discharged from the discharge port. Small materials enter the water tank under the screen and then are pumped into the separator through a slurry pump (4/3) inside the mud processor. The bottom flow of the separator enters the upper sieve plate of the vibrating screen to produce small fine sand. The return water from the separator enters the return water tank and flows into the trihydrogen purification body by itself. The thick mud flocculated by the trihydrogen purifier is pumped by the special pump of the filter press, pumped into the chamber filter press, and filtered into a mud cake by the filter press to be discharged. At the same time, the trihydrogen purification body overflows the clean water, and the clean water filtered by the filter press is returned to the clean water turret, to realize the recovery and efficiency of fine sand, dry solid waste treatment, and reuse of water resources.
